If you have lost a baby at any stage, I am so so sorry for this enormous loss. No words can make this experience any easier to bear, but just know that you are not alone, and everything that you are feeling is so valid.
Pregnancy loss classes are created especially for this time of grieving. I will guide you through some gentle movement practices and meditations to support your journey.
